To manufacture plastic raw-materials such as Masterbatches and Compounds we use various biocidal active ingredients which meet the legal regulations of the countries that we supply.
Europe
The requirements of EU Regulation EU No. 528/2012 (BPR) have been met for products in the EU and Switzerland. All additives that Impromat Sàrl is using, contains only active ingredients from suppliers that are listed on the List in accordance with Article 95 of Regulation EU No. 528/2012 for the specific intended use (product type).
United States of America (USA)
All EPA requirements for products in the USA have been complianced.
